On Friday May 16 I will be teaching a workshop called Flavors of Andalucía at the lovely 18 Reasons cooking school in the Mission district of San Francisco, right next to Bi-Rite creamery. We will be making delicious, seasonal recipes from the south of Spain, which we will sit down to enjoy together, along with some regional wine. More info and sign up here.
Our workshops and courses are developed using fresh, organic, local, seasonal produce, so the recipes in our workshops are planned according to what the market has to offer. Not a difficult task with the bounty of California!
