Menorca, one of the smallest of the Balearic islands, represents the epitome of Mediterranean cuisine. Fresh, seasonal, local ingredients which grow in a climate so very similar to our own Californian one, which allows us to replicate some of the island’s classics. So many recipes to choose from, some might be: Oliagua with Figs; Stuffed Zucchini; Tomato Perol; Fish meatballs with Mahon cheese, Stuffed Squid. Orelletes (Crispy pastries with Moscatel and honey).
