Tapas eating is a huge part of the Spanish culture, and they go out for them year-round, no matter the weather. Yet Spanish cuisine is always seasonal, and the tapas one might find in bars and restaurants vary throughout the year. In this workshop we will explore Spanish tapas that feature the key ingredients of the fall.
