In this class we will prepare a tapas style menu to take advantage of the seasonal abundance and prepare Spanish recipes that contain tomatoes, just when they are at their high point of flavor.


•  Salmorejo (Creamy Cold Tomato Soup)
•  Tomato Salad with Sherry Vinegar, Fresh Herbs and Blue Cheese
•  Pa Amb Tomaquet (Catalan Style Rustic Bread with Tomato and Evoo) with Spanish Ham
•  Tomato “Perol” With Shrimp (Minorcan Tomato Casserole)
•  Tomato and Watermelon Skewers with Edible Flowers
