Here's a bit more on our tour*:

On day 1, after everyone has arrived and settled into the hotel, we will gather for a meet and greet and unveil the full itinerary for the tour. We will celebrate our reunion over a delicious tapas-style dinner.

After an abundant Catalan breakfast buffet at the hotel, day 2 begins with a visit to , Camila's favorite Gaudí building. In the afternoon, we'll have some free time to work off any jet lag, and then a home-cooked dinner prepared by our expert staff, so that you can relax a bit more.

Day 3 hold our first market visit in store! We will tour Gracia neighborhood,  stroll around and visit local artisanal shops. We will do an olive oil tasting at a specialty shop owned by a friend of Camila's and fellow Slow Food member. Then comes lunch at a wonderful local restaurant. In the evening we will have our first cooking lesson and then sit down to feast on the fruits of our labor.

On day 4 we will visit an organic farm on the outskirts of the city. After a tour of the farm (and more surprises), lunch will take place there, under the trees (weather permitting), with a fresh meal, the epitome of local fare. After returning to the city, you'll have some free time in the afternoon for optional activities, and in the evening we'll share dinner at a local bistro that is another one of Camila's favorites.

On day 5 we'll head to the beach after breakfast, and stroll around the popular coastal Barceloneta neighborhood. A festive lunch by the sea is a typical way to spend a Sunday. Laze around a bit digesting your meal, or take a stroll, and then we'll meet up for another cooking lesson in the evening.

On day 6 we will enjoy a guided flora walk in the Collserola hills, with an expert gastro-botanist to lead the way, culminating in a picnic lunch prepared by staff. We'll all meet up again for a drink and aperitivo the Catalan way, and then you can make your own reservations for dinner (recommendations will be given, of course!).

On the 7th day we visit another local market. We will see some of Camila's favorite old quarter highlights, and have a second breakfast of chocolate con churros at a beautiful traditional hidden café. Then comes some free time for lunch and at last, another cooking class for dinner.

Day 8 takes us on out of town excursion to visit Montserrat mountain, where we will have lunch, followed by a cava cellar with a tasting of course! Tired from the mountain air and all that cava, take the evening off to relax (or go out on your own to eat more).

On our final full day we will tour the Born neighborhood in the morning, aka the Soho of Barcelona. Some free time in the afternoon for last minute shopping, to visit the Picasso museum, or pack your suitcase for tomorrow. Our trip will go out with a bang as we share an unforgettable meal at a fine dining venue. Dress up if you fancy!

Finally, after breakfast on day 10, we will say our goodbyes with full stomachs and hearts!
