Living in Spain for over two decades I have come to love and appreciate its food culture. I believe food is the best possible gateway into a culture, and never more so than now, when travel to faraway places can only happen from our homes. Food in Spain is always a reason to gather around the table in appreciation, company, and celebration. Gathering at the table allows us to turn everyday rituals into celebrations. That's what Sobremesa is all about.
