Sample Itinerary*:

On day 1, after everyone has arrived and settled into our hotel, we will gather in the late afternoon/early evening for a meet & greet and then a bar-hopping dinner of pintxos in the old town (paired with the local wine txakoli, of course).

On our first full day, day 2, we will start out with a guided market visit to stock up on ingredients for our first cooking lesson. Then it's off to a lunch at a hidden gem of a restaurant that locals loves. We will dine on the fruits of our labor after bonding over our first cooking class.

Day 3 brings our first out of town excursion to a nearby (hard) cider-producing town. We will visit a traditional cider house and then dine on a typical cider house menu, complete with some surprises that will allow you to see a vision of the culture you would never have imagined, complete with all the cider you can stomach. In the evening it's back to home base to enjoy some free time (perhaps a dinner at one of those life-changing Michelin-starred restaurants; if you are still hungry, that is).

On day 4 we visit another beautiful local market. For lunch we will have our second cooking class with chef Camila. Free time in the evening, so make sure you book ahead!

On the next day, after a guided visit to a specialty food shop where you can pick up some souvenirs to take home, we depart the city again, this time to an artisanal cheese producer. A day of delving deep into the local culture is in store, along with an abundant local menu for lunch.

Please make sure to save space for our fancy farewell dinner! Or at try to walk it off in the afternoon, when you can choose to either hike up one of San Sebastian's hills, or shop till you drop (or have a repair siesta).

We will say our goodbyes after breakfast of the last day, hearts content and bellies full.

*This is a sample itinerary; we are open and prepared to alter each tour to your group’s specific needs and desires!
