In this hands-on class we will learn to make some traditional and not-so-traditional flavors of tapas to prepare in the wintertime. Tapas is a style of eating rather than a set of recipes in itself, and seasonally is the way we like to cook. The pleasure principle is of course a must! More info and registration here.
