In Camila's food philosophy of Sobremesa, food is cooked communally, recipes are straightforward and not too fussy, so that we can savor our time together in a relaxed manner. Quality of ingredients, however, is held at very high standards and never compromised. Camila's food is vegetable-forward and focuses on staying in tune with seasonal availability to accentuate flavor. In this class we will be celebrating the summer equinox with recipes showcasing our beautiful California produce this time of year (tomatoes! avocado! stone fruit!). Join us to share this lazy Sunday morning as we cook, eat, and relax in good company.
