Camila will lead you in making a festive weekend meal of dishes from Andalucía, in the south of Spain. Beloved for its deep blue skies and rich history of interwoven cultures, this region is home to tapas, Ibérico ham, exceptional olive oils, and prized sherry wines.
The vegetarian-optional menu includes Salmorejo Cordobés, chilled tomato soup that's a bit heartier than gazpacho, Fried Eggplant you won't be able to resist snacking on, and Patatas a lo Pobre, a dish you can make at any time of day as a meal unto itself. For dessert, traditional Polvorones, one of our favorite melt-in-your-mouth cookies.
