In this class we will travel with our senses to the Balearic Islands, which are emblematic of the essence of Mediterranean cuisines. The Balearic Islands are four: Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera. They share a gastronomy, each with their own characteristics. We will focus on summertime recipes from Mallorca and Menorca (the two largest islands) to enjoy summer produce at its peak, and pretend we are sunning together on an island. This menu is vegetarian, though we will give an option to add animal protein in the zucchini.
