Grab your family or roommates, or meet up with friends online for lunch! Camila will Zoom in from her home in the hills outside of Barcelona for a menu built on local favorites.

Camila will teach you to make some all-time Barcelona classics you'd find on menus where traditional Catalan food is served, including the star of the show, arròs barcelonès (Barcelona Rice). This nineteenth century recipe incorporates one of the most defining and original aspects of Catalan cuisine.

Alongside the rice, we'll slow roast olive oil-kissed vegetables for a colorful platter of another Catalan mainstay, escalivada. We'll take advantage of the end of season tomatoes for everyone's favorite pà amb tomàquet, and finish up with satiny Crema Catalana.
