Our friends at The Civic Kitchen SF are helping us celebrate the publication of The Sobremesa Cookbook: Spanish Home Cooking with our own chef and author Camila Loew! She'll teach you to make one of her most beloved recipes from the book: paella!

Camila's goal in The Sobremesa Cookbook is making Spanish regional cooking easy and accessible to all. The class menu features a Seafood Paella, which you can adapt to any form of protein you prefer, Camila will walk you through it.

We’ll finish our class with a toast of Basque Marianito made with Spanish Vermut, as you sit down to a gorgeous weekend brunch or lunch. Salud!
