A new online class in partnership with our friends at Spanish Table!

In this class we will prepare a selection of our favorite tapas, so that you can accompany your zoom cocktail hour with some delectable Spanish flavors.

The class will be held on … via Zoom. About a week before class, you will receive the link to participate, as well as a detailed ingredient and equipment list so you can prepare. From there on, let us take care of you! Chef Camila will bedazzle you with stories of Spain and the taste of travel.

If you have any food allergies, please let us know so we can suggest substitutions.

Spanish Table is offering a special price on a top quality ingredient kit for this class, which you can find here. The kit includes some but not all of the ingredients we will be cooking with. The kit includes:

1 bottle of Nunez de Prado EVOO Flor

1 wedge Manchego cheese

1 package Spanish Jamon Serrano

1 tin Ortiz tuna in olive oil

1 jar Ortiz anchovies

1 bottle Wine: Vina Alberdi Reserva from La Rioja (one of Tanya’s favorites!)
