As the publisher of Edible Phoenix magazine, I seek out local flavor wherever I go and Camila really delivered in Barcelona. The restored/renovated Poble Sec market is a jewel. Camila's restaurant suggestion for the next day was spot on and I hope to catch one of her classes at the new Slow Food Kitchen on my next visit.
