Cuisines of the Mediterranean I: Greece

I am excited to announce the first of the series in 5-week program I have created for Bauman College.

In each session we will feature a national cuisine of the Mediterranean region through a hands-on class culminating in a sit-down lunch together to enjoy the fruits of our labor the Mediterranean way. We will be using local, seasonal, organic ingredients and working in Bauman's lovely professional kitchen space.

The workshops are open to the community and you can sign up for individual sessions or get a discount for the entire package.
