In Barcelona, the expression hacer el vermut (“to have vermouth” or “to make vermouth”) or “vermouth time” imply not only the delicious drink, but also an excuse to gather leisurely with friends on a late morning on the weekend (or before dinner) and have some typical tapas.
In this hands-on workshop Chef Camila Loew will teach us some tapas recipes that accompany vermouth (which we will enjoy and learn about as well).
