The natural beauty of Menorca makes it paradise on Earth. A small island in a strategic spot in the Mediterranean, Menorca has been inhabited over the past centuries by the French, British, and Spanish. In spite of its small size, the island produces so much: gin, shoes, and lots of good food! In this class, we will share some seasonal, traditional island recipes from one of my favorite places in the world, highlighting the produce of the Bay Area's late summer.
