Pinxtos are delectable small snacks served at bars and restaurants throughout the Basque region. Expand your pantry and stretch your cooking horizons, as you learn about the distinct ingredients of Basque cuisine through this menu of beloved pinxtos.

Camila will introduce you to the Gilda. This sassy one-bite snack, rumored to have started the pintxo craze, is a great way to shake your palate awake for the feast to come. Mini Pressed Sandwiches may become your new favorite toasted cheese, made in Basque style for Fall, and crusty bread topped with Red Pesto and Bonito will ease the pain of our farewell to Summer tomatoes. Finally, just wait until you taste Camila's Prawns with Garlic Chips and Preserved Lemon. The subtly sweet, golden garlic chips might sneak their way into your everyday cooking on a regular basis.
