Nothing says cozy to me like a bowl of soup. It's what I want for dinner, every day, all fall and winter. In the fall season, our immune systems take a hit due to the change in weather, all the cooling foods we've been consuming throughout the summer, and the excesses of the holidays. In this class we will focus on immune strengthening, delicious soup recipes to make you stronger, especially important this year! We will cook three soups together, which you can freeze to have on hand for the upcoming time.
