Nowadays, there is much debate on how much and how often we should eat fish and seafood, for our own health and the planet's. In this class, Camila will highlight sustainability from the sea, sharing with us the better options to cook with. The menu will be complemented with a vegetable dish and a dessert typical from the Balearic islands, which Camila is dreaming of, as she considers it the epitome of Mediterranean cuisine.
