At the request of many who attended Camila’s last teen class on frittata, we have posted a new date with a new recipe: Camila’s all-time favorite Japanese comfort food, onigiri. Onigiri are rice triangles, simple to make, ubiquitous in Japan, both outside of the home but also made in every Japanese household. They are absolutely delicious, satisfying, and flexible, as you can fill them with many different options: protein, veggies, pickles, seaweed and a long etc.
In this class Camila will be cooking alongside her teenage son Bruno. Join with your teen, or have your teen cook for the family. Available to anyone age 10 and over.
