Sifnos, food-lovers' island of Greece, is renowned for its beehives, almond and olive trees, meats slowly braised in local earthenware, and abundant produce and seafood. Chef Camila spent last summer on Sifnos learning the ropes, and will bring to us the best the Mediterranean has to offer. More info and registration here.
