This class features everybody’s favorite Basque urban food: pintxos. We want to pretend we are in glamorous San Sebastian, especially this time of year, coinciding with the film festival (Europe’s second most important, after Cannes) which just adds to the glamour of a city that breathes it already.
However fancy, Basque food can also be unpretentious and just GOOD, based on highest quality ingredients. We will create our own “pintxos route” as they do every year in San Sebastian for the festival. Optionally, join us in the preparation of the classic Gin Tonic according to the also classic Dickens cocktail bar on San Sebastian’s Boulevard.
