Camila is off to Spain!

Hi Sobremesa fans,

I am about to leave for Barcelona, to teach the second yearly round of the Mediterranean Food & Culture program for University of California EAP.

The upcoming weeks will be quite busy; the followers of Desayuno con guisantes, the company I ran when I lived in Spain, want to hear from me as well -and learn about some of my California cuisine tricks. I have been invited, while in Barcelona, to teach a series of hands-on cooking classes and nutrition talks for Obbio and Still Cooking. It's a good thing I absolutely love what I do! 

I will be back in early December, with lots of new Spanish and Catalan inspiration to work from!

While I'm in Spain I will also be taking some weekend trips to do research for Sobremesa Culinary Tours. We have just 2 spots left for our summer 2017 Barcelona trip, and 6 for the San Sebastian trip; if you have been thinking about joining in for one (or two!) of our culinary adventures-of-a-lifetime, now is definitely the time to sign up! 

My December and January calendar is quickly filling up, so if you would like to book something -a private class or group workshop; a catered meal, an onsite paella, or some nutrition consulting- for the holidays (or thereafter), or to give as a gift to your loved ones, please do so as soon as possibly by contacting us here.
