Summer is in full swing and what more refreshing and nutritious than a variety of colorful, tasty cold soups. Everyone knows Spain’s famous gazpacho, and there are as many versions of it as their are chefs who make it. In this hands-on workshop we will prepare traditional and modern recipes of cold soups so that you can expand your repertoire and explore different textures, flavors and variations on the cold soup. We will accompany our soups with some Catalan bread with tomato and a seasonal salad, to make a meal of it.
