A chance to learn about the food of Sifnos, Camila’s favorite Greek island, in Sonoma (or in case you missed the Feb. 4 class in SF). Sifnos is the island where Nikolas Tselementes was born, considered the founding father of modern Greek cuisine. Camila spent time there this past summer, and wants to recreate the feel and taste of what true Mediterranean summer fare is like for us, to alleviate the cold of winter.
