We might be sheltering in place, but our days aren't any less busy. Between school, work, volunteering, and staying connected, we still need food that fits our packed schedules. We're taking a page from Camila's book and featuring the food she makes in advance of an eventful day, when she has time to be in the kitchen before her family starts school or work. These dishes are best eaten at room temperature, too, so feel free to leave the dish out on the table for the afternoon and let people eat when they get a break.
