A new chapter in our favourite series, Cracking the Cookbook! This time we are spotlighting Aran Goyoaga's Cannelle et Vanille Bakes Simple: A New Way to Bake Gluten-Free. Camila has been following Aran's work for years, and this time she has truly outdone herself, with a beautiful book that might just make anyone want to bake gluten free! Camila will share with you some of her favorite recipes from the book, which she has been baking on repeat, and her own twists and adaptations on them with local flavors. Just in time for the holiday season, we will share recipes both savory and sweet to bake and offer to your gluten-free loved ones, which are so good, that everyone is sure to enjoy!
