This is a new chapter in the beloved series Cracking the Cookbook, where students get to either cook from that book they love on the shelf but have not dared to actually cook from, or get a taste (never better said) of a book they find appealing but have not bought yet.
This time it's everybody's favorite cookbook author, Yotam Ottolenghi, who's most recent book presents a new twist: it is co-authored by the entire test kitchen, as a team endeavour, so it's the perfect way to cook together as a group online. Besides the communal aspect, the book's premise aligns with modern living: how to cook what is on hand in your kitchen and pantry and make the most of it.
For this class, Camila selected a few recipes featuring some of her favorite ingredients. She's excited to share her knowledge about these beloved pantry items during class with you!
