ARE YOU IN A BREAKFAST RUT? Tired of spending your precious weekend time standing in line for mediocre $18 mimosas? Camila Loew, international breakfast enthusiast, is here to help!
Camila will shake up your morning routine with flavors from Turkey, India and Japan. Here’s what she has to say about the menu:
Classic Turkish Menemen makes a great brunch dish. It shares similarities with the more well known shakshuka, but with a brighter, fresher sauce, and eggs that are stirred in rather than cooked on top. Then there’s the Bombay Omelet. The simple combination of eggs and spinach is made exceptional by a spice blend that will transport us far away as we taste it...
The first time I had Tamago Kake Gohan in Japan, it was described as "Rice with Egg Sauce" and sounded great to me! Little did I know the "sauce" was to be made by me right in the bowl! I have loved it ever since. Natto with Avocado is for the die-hard Japanese food and fermentation fans. Its intense flavor and texture are complemented and mellowed by the avocado here.
Our class will conclude with Sunday brunch or lunch on your table, ready to share with family and friends.
