If you love the comfort of a meal served in a bowl, you aren’t alone! We’re happily revisiting this popular class theme (the last edition sold out quickly!) to inspire you for fall weather. Camila will work on screen with you in your own kitchen to create warming, nourishing bowls and soups filled with vibrant autumn flavors.
These bowls feature fall produce, like winter squash, sweet potatoes and mushrooms, that create a flavorful base for warming food. Together we’ll prepare one soup and two nourishing bowls (i.e. a whole meal in one bowl) that will both satisfy and strengthen your immune system! Each recipe features a different flavor profile, so you can rotate and repeat throughout the season.

The class is fully interactive; Camila can see your home setup and respond to questions in real time on substitutions, cookware, technique, and the recipe. Classes are paced so that you can cook along in real time, or, if you prefer, sit back, watch, enjoy, and learn.
