Basque pintxos: Bar Food in the Basque Tradition

On Thursday May 22, I will be teaching for the first time at Berkeley's Kitchen on Fire. Excited! It is right in the Gourmet Ghetto, next to Chez Panisse! The class will focus on pintxos, the Basques' own version of tapas. I will explain more in class. Hope to see you there!
